Manual to Clean in Place
Standard Operating Procedures to Clean In Place (CIP) and Sanitize In Place (SIP) were updated in the brewhouse manual. With over 10 procedures being revised and transcribed in concise language, techniques to increase readability and digestibility include appropriate chunking of information, clear and direct instructions, and supporting visuals.
The goal was to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all brew house cleaning procedures. The first two procedures targeted in this project were CIP and SIP procedures. these procedures needed to be written for the different tanks utilized in the warehouse.
The document's design incorporates the brewery's color theme and branding. We've broken down the cleaning procedures by task and included technical terminology and visuals to make the manual more user-friendly.
